The staff here were amazing, and the location was perfect for visiting Vagnitiello thermal park, plus there's a place called Il Turacciolo nearby that offers a variety of drinks, and the suite I stayed in was fantastic.

Worth its 3 stars. Came in Casamicciola Terme to relax and have fun, this hotel was great base for doing it. Glad to have television and a writing table in the room. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

The managing team is fantastic. They have been very helpful and nice. Gemma is a family run hotel not a big chain hotel so you feel at home ! There is a nice swimming pool with thermal water so for the day where you feel doing nothing you can just relax by the pool and enjoy the nice weather.
The breakfast buffet could be a bit more local products oriented and a small frigde in the room would be nice.

We loved this hotel. I stayed here with my wife and two daughters ages 7 and 17 years. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like their only customers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the resturaunt was excellent. The hotel was close to a bus stop and it was easy to get around the island. We have been traveling for five weeks and the service we received at Gemma was by far the best. Bob and Cheryl

Great family run hotel, very helpful. Can recommend the 2 day bus pass to hop on & off right round the Island which the hotel sells. Rooms are big either overlooking the pool or the ocean.
